HyperConnect is an enterprise-grade kiosk communication platform developed for New Dimension Technologies (NDT) to enable seamless customer-to-agent video interactions through intelligent digital kiosks.Designed for both cloud and on-premise environments, the platform combines customer kiosks, agent workstations, and centralized administration into a secure and scalable communication ecosystem.
The Challenge
The client required a scalable video communication platform capable of supporting multiple entities, intelligent call routing, multilingual interactions, and secure real-time communication with minimal latency.The platform also needed to eliminate dependency on third-party broadcasting tools while providing centralized management, multimedia overlays, and flexible deployment capabilities.
